The Sevier County Health Department COVID-19 testing and vaccination is at 719 Middle Creek, Sevierville. Vaccines will be given between 1:30 - 3:30 p.m. Self-test kits (rapid and PCR) are available Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Call the local health department in advance for information about PCR testing. 865.453.1032.
