The Sevier County Archives contains all records generated by the county offices, with records that date to 1856.  A courthouse fire destroyed most records before that time.

Can you make copies?  
Yes, copies are .15 per page.

Can you certify a document?  
No,  The actual court in which the record was produced can do that.
