Pay court fees online at www.courtfeepay.com
Criminal Division – Handles all criminal cases bound over from the General Sessions Court and Grand Jury indictments, appeals, etc.
Child Support Service – Handles court ordered child support cases. To schedule court dates parties in the lawsuit must contact the judge assigned to the case.

Can I file by fax?
  • Fax filings will be charged $5.00 plus $1.00 per page due at the time of filing.
Are there any filings that cannot be faxed?
  • Any pleading with a filing fee, appeals from General Sessions, cities, summons bonds, confidential documents or notice of appeal
  • Process civil lawsuits over $15,000, workers compensation, property damage, personal injury, divorces, adoptions, auto damage, orders of protection, etc.
