  • The Circuit Court Clerks office cannot provide legal forms.

  • Divorce forms can be found at www.selegal.com . Forms used in other counties may be available from the specific county website.

    What does it cost to file a case?

  • Basic cost to file a case is $136.00 per case plus $22.00 per defendant for service of summons in county by the Sheriff.

    Can I file by fax?

  • Fax filings will be charged $5.00 plus $1.00 per page due at the time of filing.

    Are there any filings that cannot be faxed?

  • Any pleading with a filing fee, appeals from General Sessions, cities, summons bonds, confidential documents or notice of appeal.
