What does it cost to file a case?Basic cost to file a case is $136.00 per case plus $22.00 per defendant for service of summons in county by the Sheriff. Note: See costs listing.
Can I file by fax?Fax filings will be charged $5.00 plus $1.00 per page due at the time of filing.
